A Filipino American group called Little Manila Rising is part of a "people-powered" Green Revolution that's changing how the community in Stockton, Calif. gets involved in environmental justice. Recently, community members, empowered by state money through AB617, rejected a $5 million proposal from the Port of Stockton. The community stood up to the polluters.
