Mr. Swords and Margaret sit down in Margaret's Buffalo-area studio to talk about Mr. Swords' 37 year teaching career. Mr. Swords starts by talking about how he went to a Seminary-focused high school. He then entered the Seminary with dreams of becoming a priest. He eventually left the seminary to become a teacher. Mr. Swords explains the philosophy behind his infamous "Spot Quizzes." Mr. Swords tells us why he thinks middle schoolers are the best students. Mr. Swords reminisces on his strict rules in class and how mad he'd get when students missed class.
