Margaret is the President of the Institute of Spiritual Healing & Aromatherapy which has 2 educational programs (Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry and the Aromatherapy Program) that lead to national certification. Drawn to healing from an early age, her career in the healing arts began as a School Psychologist in Knox County, Tennessee, where she served for 25 years. In the 1990’s Margaret expanded her knowledge and skills becoming a Healing Touch certified practitioner and later an instructor. By the year 2004, she took classes with The Institute of Spiritual Healing & Aromatherapy and became a practitioner and instructor in Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry as well as a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. Margaret has worked with many clients in hospitals, hospices, and nursing homes. She has written an article on the use of energy healing and cancer which was published in Natural Awakenings magazine.
