Today we heard from our District Superintendent (of the Central Canada District of The Wesleyan Church) about "Three Imperatives and One Connecting Word" from Luke 10:25-37 and Matthew 28:18-20.

Today we look at the Day of Pentecost, and the coming of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit helps us look beyond ourselves to the needs of others.

We begin a series entitled "The Power in You" about the third person of the Trinity; the Holy Spirit.

Are we ready to receive the "new wine" that Jesus spoke about?

Paul shines a light into areas that, just as the Ephesians did, we need to surrender and let God do His work in us.

Jesus teaches us to pray. Matthew 6:5-15.

To be a follower of Christ is to be generous, and people are drawn to those who give much more than they get. Matthew 6:1-4.

​If it were really easy to do these things, we may be tempted to think we don't need God. But God puts forward what seems to be impossible so he can make the impossible possible, and therefore show Himself to us in a new way...as He changes our hearts. Matthew 5:48.
