    Ahsiya Posner Mencin, Ph.D. has worked in international development, diplomacy, corporate social responsibility, and organizational management and change for over 15 years in the public and private sectors, and at grassroots and policy levels. She joined GlaxoSmithKline in 2006 as a strategy consultant supporting R&D senior executives on transformational projects with global and humanitarian implications. She began working to design and launch thePULSE Volunteer Partnership in January 2009, motivated by the opportunity to bridge public and private sectors towards achieving positive sustainable change, particularly in the health arena.
