Jonah Chapter 4 You may not appreciate the things God is doing in your life right now, or in the lives of those you love. We so often think things should go one way, but what happens makes no sense. Jonah showed us that you can talk to God through this confusion and trouble. God welcomes that engagement. God says, "I'm going to enter this with you. You don't give up on me. I won't give up on you. We're going to take the next step together."

Jonah Chapter 3 In Jonah we find an honest look at what our relationship with God tends to go through. It has ups and downs and strange turns, but God is so patient and loving that we don’t need to stress.

Jonah Chapter 2 From the belly of a giant fish, with no guarantee of rescue, Jonah said he would worship. He promised God, “No matter what, I will worship.” This was a powerful promise. Because worship pushes forward with the light and hope of God. Do you find yourself in the belly of a fish right now? The situation you’re in does not define who you are. Jesus defines you. And he says you are a child of God. Without knowing the outcome of your current prayers, you can promise to worship as well. God hears you. Push forward with the same light and hope Jonah did.

Jonah Chapter 1 Do you feel like you’re in the middle of a storm right now? That storm doesn’t scare God. There’s hope. We started a new series on the book of Jonah today. This book is a whole lot deeper than your memories of Veggie Tales videos and Sunday school stories of giant fish. God had what Jonah thought was a terrible idea and chaos followed. We all experience chaos in our own lives, and even when all that chaos might be our own fault, God is still using it to work out our salvation and part in His plan.

This week Pastor Aaron dives into the good news of the Gospel and how to live in a way that others will want to know more about Jesus.
