This week Averielynn, who is a local artist based out of Kokomo, Indiana, joins us in the studio to talk about her background in music and along with her debut EP “Different, but Okay.” Averielynn is a part of the Rhum Academy of Music and also serves on the Worship team at Bridgeway Church in Kokomo. Averielynn also does a special acoustic performance live in the studio of her songs "Different, but Okay" and "Here."

This week we speak with Hollywood, California based rock band, Disciples of Babylon. In 2016, the band was selected as one of the acts to compete for the Vans "Road to Vans Warped Tour" kickoff with Sleeping With Sirens, Crown the Empire, Sum 41 and more. In 2017, the band performed at the extreme sports themed "Dew Tour" sponsored by Mountain Dew as well as kicking off the "Gladiator MMA Championship Series" with a performance at the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. We speak with band about how the band met, their influences and more. We also feature their single "Liberty"

This week we speak with Pop/R&B singer-songwriter, Adam Emil. Adam is also the recipient of the Apollo Legend title along with BET’s Ya Heard new artist award. Adam has spent the last five years touring with the platinum group Color Me Badd. They’ve also been a part of the I Love The 90's Tour that includes Salt N Peppa, Vanilla Ice and more. Throughout Adam’s career and his career with Color Me Badd, they’ve opened up for Common Jerimih, Mickey Howard, Ginuwine, Fat Joe and more. We feature his singles "Prolly Why" and "The Fire"

This week we speak with Matt and Sean of American heavy rock band Fear Culture. The band pushed metal core boundaries with the debut EP in 2018, “Room to Breathe.” After the band spent the next year opening for bands such as: Palisades, Salves, blessthefall, and The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Fear Culture further carved their own unique path ending the year with the release of their single, “Supernova” in 2019. The newest chapter for the band’s career, further paving their own lane in the heavy rock industry consists of their 2020 singles, “Old Habits” and “Medicate Me” feat Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens. This week we speak with EJ Olson of Portland, Oregon based rocked band 09 (OH-NINE). 09 has two main members of the band that put together all of the music, but also put an interesting and fresh spin on their music by collaborating with singers across the scene. We talk about their influences, their writing and recording processes and more. We feature their singles "Masquerade" (feat. Matty Mullins of Memphis May Fire) and "Impermanence" (feat. Malia Endres of Glacier Veins)

This week we speak with Chicago based house/electric music DJ and drummer duo, Dance Loud. DJ KRISTIN is a vinyl house/electronic DJ, with a penchant for adrenaline building blends with heavy equalization and hip-hop style scratching on strong percussive high tempo EDM tracks. Desereé Fawn is a classically trained rock/jazz drummer, that is noted for her syncopated off beats often using polyrhythms and polymeters to create a energetically diverse sound and performance. The combination of these two musically diverse artists, introduce a seductive and energetic fusion of syncopated rock/jazzy drums beats, hip-hop scratching with high tempo dance music We feature their song "Hollow" from their album "The Moment." 

This week we speak with the members of Pink Laces, Elijah Wahlberg and Ian Bradford. Pink Laces was formed during the COVID-19 quarantine and they are fresh off their debut EP release "Shelf Life."  We speak with Elijah and Ian about how they met, how the band formed and we feature their singles "LOVE:MAYHEM" and "Mr. Zero Gravity" (feat. Spencer Sotelo) of Periphery and King Mothership. 

This week we speak with Roger Ortega. Roger is a charting R&B singer/songwriter and a voting member of the National Recording Academy meaning that he can also vote in the GRAMMYs. We speak with Roger about his background in music and we feature his singles "Spread Love" and "Goodbye To Summer."

Cardigan Records is an independent record label based in Durham, NC. Cardigan was founded by Shane Kelly in July of 2013. They are passionate about loud guitars and honest lyrics. Their diverse roster is currently home to An Author A Poet, Jordyn Zaino, Paperback, Reveries, So Soon The Truth and Time Spent Driving.

This week local hip-hop/rap artist Mike Brad Lee returns to the podcast. We speak with Mike about his plan to release a new single every week for a year straight. The band in a short time has been able to release their full length record, "Feel Again" and then gain the attention from the 90's alternative band, Tool with their release of a "Zober" mashup of "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin and "Sober" by Tool.

Based out of Texas, As the City Sleeps is a 5-piece progressive pop punk band. We speak with the them about how the band formed, their main influences, how the frontman Jarred almost broke his back and more. We also feature their songs "Where You Belong" and "Constant Source of Disappointment" from their EP "Not Bad for Being Under the Weather."

This week we speak with Victor and Jesse of Arrows In Action. Based out of Gainesville, Florida, Arrows In Action is a pop-punk power pop band that delivers a sound that everyone can get behind. We learn the history of the band, talk about some performances, their writing process and more. We also feature their single "This Time" and we get an exclusive teaser for their next upcoming single at the end of the episode. 

As the son of Pat Vegas - legendary founder of Native American, Billboard Top 100-charting band REDBONE - music has always been at the forefront of PJ’s life. PJ is proud to be one of the first Mexican Native RnB singers to be recognized in the industry by MTV, having won the Video Music Award for “Best Video With a Message” in 2017, and since then, he has continued to make waves as an indigenous artist. We speak with PJ about his background with music, how he's an advocate of empowerment through music, and we feature his latest single "Pesos."

Through her management, she caught the attention of Jeff Timmons (98 Degrees). He started working with Nicole, developing her and guiding her career. She’s performed alongside superstars like Peyton List, Alessia Cara, Bebe Rhexa, Dua Lipa, Backstreet Boys, New Kids on The Block, and much more. With so much promise and potential, Nicole’s now signed to a new deal with Kay-Gee & Vin-Rock’s (Naughty by Nature) New Label, Slugga Ventures. Nicole has a jewelry line launching in Spring 2020, with Dune Jewelry Company as well.
