He has also worked with many different investors to take their business to the next level. Over the last 5 years Alex has evolved his model from strictly wholesaling to other avenues of the business. Wholesaling houses has laid the foundation to move into rehabbing houses and even new construction and development. Alex attributes this evolution to his ability to tap into or "hack the market" and find the "hot spots" to go where the money is. Alex believes that this is the key to a well-rounded business. While wholesaling houses produces the short-term income, rehabbing houses is the mid-term money and new construction is more long-term money.
