Bloggers Unite! BlogTalkRadio is joining forces with Blog Action Day 2008: Poverty to take the conversation to all four corners of the globe. On Wednesday, October 15, the network will host a 12-hour Talkathon for Poverty Relief. Airing from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. EDT, the program will be anchored live from Denver, Colorado, by BlogActionDay.orgs Easton Ellsworth, with BlogTalkRadio hosts including Tom DAntoni of DAntoni and Levine, Reuben Torres of Lets Get Real, Charles Mattocks of The Poor Chef, Barbara Howard of The Recipe Box, Dawn Olsen of Glosslip Radio, Eric Olsen of BTR Today, Gregory Turner and Brian Henderson of ASE Motivation and Dr. Mo of The Danger Zone Show sharing co-hosting duties from throughout the U.S. Leading bloggers around the world are scheduled to appear as guests, along with notables from the political, entertainment and literary arenas. Some 10,900 websites have already signed on to participate in this years Blog Action Day by blogging about poverty and aiding poverty-relief efforts. Among the blogs currently involved are TechCrunch, ReadWriteWeb, LifeHacker, Mashable and ProBlogger.
