Hey everybody!! This week Chris talks about being happy that his son is really enjoying the summer with the family. He also recaps the entire night opening for Michael Che, how it happened and  the thoughts leading up to and after the show, and getting to share a special moment with one his best friends.

This week I sit down with a good friend and NYC based comedian Ian Lara while we were working the DC Improv. We talk our love of comedy, getting his start in NYC, getting passed at clubs, bombing on his Comedy Cellar audition, losing his mother during a huge part of comedy career and pushing through tough times.  Make sure to check out his HBO special "Romantic Comedy" on Max. This week Chris talks about being away from his son for two weeks has given him fresh perspective. Dealing with feelings of guilt and  anger staying at such a nice resort, coming to terms with and dealing with those feeling, learning to accept the things we cannot and finding the good and happy in situations. 

This week Chris sits down with soon to be UVA Law School graduate and brand new comic, Tyriek Mack. We talk about, growing in DC, being a smart dude in the hood, attending Harvard Summer School, living in South Africa, becoming an activist, navigating white people in Wisconsin, and finding comedy amongst other things both of these niggas have ADHD and veer off at times BUT it's great episode, a funny episode!
