Dirty Water

Carrie Fellner is a journalist working with the Newcastle Herald in NSW, Australia. For about a year, Carrie has been covering a story on contamination of groundwater by the polyfluoro-alkyl chemicals, PFOA and PFOS. The contamination is from a Royal Australian Airforce base in Williamtown near Newcastle. Carrie shares details of the contamination incident and the impact it has had on the local community.
