What Happened to the Quads??? #012

Over the years I have realized that quad strengthening is important for sport performance and knee pain. Four Week Post-Op Shoulder Surgery Update #009

The OMAD diet is basically fasting for 23 hours a day and eating your one meal in that hour. I ended up only doing it for 2 weeks for the reasons I talk about in this episode. I share my thoughts on the OMAD diet, who it would be good for, and who it is not ideal for. I also talk about the reasons why I tried this and the benefits that come along with fasting in general.
