Episode 93: The Danger of Hustle Culture
03/08/2022 Duração: 16minI've been in business for 7.5 years. One thing I've been concerned about for many of those years is hustle culture. Hustle culture is prevalent in the online business world, where long hours, pushing hard to make things happen, and striving out of your own strength are glorified and encouraged. Another concerning practice that is common is the lack of real rest. While getting pedis and manis are great, and drinking wine isn't necessarily bad, following these practices won't give you real, lasting rest. Listen to this episode on how to avoid the danger of hustle culture. I'm sharing a few embarrassing stories to illustrate my point. 21 Ways to Rest That Aren't Sleeping post If you're interested in hearing more details about our trip, or tips and tricks for traveling, I posted our video on YouTube and you can access that here.
