We believe that everyone should be invested in the customer journey. Chicago has a very strong group of organizations that believe this as well, and thats why we decided to create this podcast.We want to highlight how different roles within a company all build upon one another, creating a strong, cohesive customer journey. To do this, were focusing on three key objectives. The first is starting this blog and podcast for professionals invested in the customer journey in mind. We want to deliver relevant content to you.
