Spirit Of A Leader

What makes you a leader is when you accept it into your identity. You accept that you are uniquely made that there is no one like you, who speaks like you, walks like you, talks like you, and can do what you do the way you do it.   That is the moment you become a leader and as you realize that somethings happens...   You get into a place of awareness and you have a confidence that people become attracted to and engaged by.   However, you don’t want to do it for the praises of others.   I had to get to the place where I no longer fed off of the energy of others but I penetrated the atmosphere and people began to feed off of my energy.   That’s how you have to be.   Sometimes you walk into a room and the air so thick and you can walk in change the energy around in way that you cut through it.   All of that changes when you uncover what’s in you!   How do you do that?   Listen to this week’s episode.
