Peat shares the how “sounding different” has given the band really cool opportunities, like membership of the Music Under New York Program, and dives into the band’s new album LYSINE, out this Friday, May 12th. Peat also shares the oldest thing he owns, which happens to be 70 Million Years Old.

In this episode, Peter chats about their latest song “Correspondence,” forming this band with life-long friends, and “embracing the joy you derive from your influences.” And we also touch on ghosts and lunchmeat. Honored to have Maggie Friedman & Olivia Boryczewski of Sound & Color: A Tribute To Live Music join me, which is a live music coloring book illustrated by Olivia and based off  of Maggie's concert photography. The two talk about the birth of the  concept, how the process looked from start-to-finish, and how they made  the best of the pandemic with their traditional incomes on pause.

I am so honored to have Rob Harris, guitarist of Jamiroquai and TRIONIQ, on my latest episode of BRANDI IS GOING TO HELL! Rob and I chat about his band TRIONIQ's latest EP Deux, how he joined Jamiroquai 20 years ago, and he tells an admirable story about how collaborating with legendary keyboardist Don Airey as a teen paved his way as a successful session musician. We also talk about how Rob's keeping busy during the COVID-19 quarantine, his favorite film, and how it's important to put out good energy into the world and on social media in order to get good energy back.
