Help Ya Self

Season two is in the works!  We just wanted to give you a quick update and let you know, we're still here and we're coming back with more Help Ya Self! 

Due to continuing health problems, work travel we've been on another hiatus. We're going to start reading "Why Women Shouldn't Get Married," and Luis tells us about a strange encounter he had with a weird Stockton Couple. It's gross. 

We plan on posting a full episode soon, but until then, in case you miss our voices. 

Recorded in a Panera Bread,  and after we all were visited  by mischievous demons, we finally successfully pulled off this mini episode before we go on another short break. 

Once upon a time, Gina and Jess learned what Diet Tea is the difficult way. There was also this one time Gina fell asleep on a sailboat in the middle of the Puget Sound in winter.We tried really hard to recall the lessons we learned in White Fragility and why white people are afraid to talk about racism.

We just finished reading the book, White Fragility by Robin D'Angelo. Instead of go full on into the book, we decided to do a little research and watch "The Blindside," a movie that is referenced in the book. What ensues is...this.

We tried to read Originals, but we could barely even remember the title. So, this episode is about nothing. Enjoy!

Greg just got back from Vegas, Gina got into a car accident, Jess might have a parasite, but we still out here trying to decipher Mark Manson's Models: How to Attract Women Through Honesty. 

We hung out with our Aunt Shiela, discussed our progress in finding Greg a date, and decided that drinking during the podcast works out way better than drinking the night before.We also discussed the beginning of Models: Attract Women Through Honesty.

What do you give a f*ck about?! We read Mark Manson's the Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck. We learned that we don't retain information well, we all maybe drink too much, and that Jess is a saver. This is our first episode, so be kind.
