Sing When You're Whining

We talk about the Whitecaps and their recently published salaries. Conversation also covers some of the games so far in the Women's World Cup, a preview Copa America and the Gold Cup. Twitter wants a few things this week and we answer your questions and finish off with Red and Yellow Cards.

The Whitecaps put everyone to sleep with a thriller against Toronto last time out. We talk over that game and the Whitecaps upcoming games. There was a small game at the weekend between Liverpool and Spurs for the European Cup, and we talk about that. The African Champions League gets a rare mention, as does the Canadian Championship. We round out the show with your Twitter questions, and the usual red and yellow cards! 

This week is a huge week in European football! We preview the two finals that are coming up. The Whitecaps had two great results on the road and we talk over the team and how they might line up going forward. The game against Toronto is coming up and we talk over the local derby. In English football, it was playoff weekend and there were some great games! It was very quiet on Twitter this week so we talked instead about some of the upcoming football rule changes. 

The boys review the Whitecaps game, and talk about the MLS in general. They discuss the general chaos for fans of Arsenal and Chelsea, who are trying to get to Baku this week. Thanks to Twitter, there's an unexpected discussion about gigs the pair wish they hadn't gone to. Plus, the usual red and yellow cards.

Late to the party this week, Rod is back in town and he's got a lot to talk about.   We go over the last couple of Whitecaps games and preview the two upcoming fixtures.   There's still an issue with the Whitecaps off the field, and it's starting to affect the match day experience—we talk about that.   Then we preview the Champions League final. There's a Red Card for UEFA in their ticketing and venue selection, and the usual "What Does Twitter Want?"  

With Rod on holiday, Andy is joined by Paul Chapman. It's been an amazing week for British teams in Europe, which has eclipsed a lot of the MLS action. The pair talk over the Whitecaps win in Colorado and preview the Timbers game on Friday night. The Whitecaps' problems off the field are still not rectified and that's discussed. Other topics include amazing week in the UEFA Champions League, the English Premier League, plus Twitter questions and the Red and Yellow Cards section!

We cover the latest Whitecaps result and debut our new feature—the MLS game of the week. We also discuss the inevitable end to the Premier League race.
