In this episode, we hear the career journey of Jane Eisenhauer, a Systems Engineer at Raytheon who is currently leading a radar algorithm design team. She graduated from Gordon in 2009 and completed her Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering Leadership in 2015 from Northeastern University. We chat about her decision-making process to pursue her graduate degree, healthy work-life balance, and what an average day looks like for someone who works in the missile-defense industry.

Megan Lietz serves as the Program Director of the Emmanuel Gospel Center. Raised in a rural, white community, Megan never imagined living in the city or working towards racial reconciliation but God has led her to immerse herself in diverse urban contexts where she has learned to call these communities her own. In this episode, we talk about her transition out of academia, the importance of work life balance, and the work that still needs to be done in working towards racial reconciliation.

Ryn is a native of Boothbay harbor maine who moved to the northshore to attend college. After college she got married and, with her husband Kevin, worked to fill a void in the social culture of Beverly by opening the northshore's first board game cafe. Branden Figueroa works as an Account Manager at Veracross, a School Information System that provides an integrated platform for schools around the world. After teaching with Teach For America in rural North Carolina for two years, he knew he wanted to continue his career in education, but this time outside of the classroom walls. Branden has been at Veracross for 2 years and enjoys helping schools utilize their data and become more efficient in their daily administrative tasks. Branden grew up in New York and graduated from Gordon College in 2014.

Sarah Hague graduated from Gordon College in 2014 with a double major in social work and sociology and a minor in peace and conflict studies. She went on to earn a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. Sarah completed her MSW practicum at Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney’s district office in NYC, where she still works as Deputy Chief of Staff. Dennis Doran and Benji Suprice talk about their careers as they pertain to wealth, mentorship, and the sacred-secular divide in our work. Dennis serves as the director of Charlottesville chapter of The Fellows Initiative, a network of Christian leadership and vocational development programs for recent college graduates.. Jessie Saintcyr is an Attorney and HR leader. She is the Principal of Saintcyr Talent Strategies, LLC, and previously served in senior leadership roles in Massachusetts State government as Assistant Secretary of Transportation in the Baker administration and as Deputy Treasurer, under Steve Grossman.
