Carabello and Hughes didn't exactly agree on the political fallout from the mission. Other topics they also were at odds about included: Tax Referendum signatures: Can they get on the ballot? Full Medicaid expansion is in place and is now a huge part of the state's budget. Gubernatorial candidates file to gather signatures (except Rep.
