Sinopse
Exploring stories of Resilience: How do we react, adapt and grow through or around the dark parts of our lives? This podcast is based on the strong belief (and experience) that life crack us open to let light shine through. But convincing yourself that "Things Happen For a Reason" isn't exactly a walk in the park when you've hit bottom. This is exactly where we need self help. To be able to embrace our vulnerability and welcome the treasures that come with it.That is why Golden Crack explores people's journey through these dark cracks: How do we adapt to that excruciating pain? What are our mechanisms to cope with that sticky melancholy? What are the lessons that we open to and how? Do we actually notice our own growth, our own changes? In each episode of this podcast, a guest will share how he or she overcomes pain, hardship and deconstruction. Most of these discussions will be explorations themselves as most of us are still trying to figure our way around our mud pies. Golden Cracks is a safe space where you are invited to reflect and explore your own processes through the ups and downs. May these stories give hope, courage and comfort to those on the roller coaster ride and may they spread empathy and understanding infectiously.
