It has been and it still is a journey. I am proud of how far I have come and I am happy that at least one person has gotten help or hope to fight another day.

On this episode, I take you through my current mental state and also tips on finding your purpose.

Part 1, I talk about my current mental slump and how I am working myself out of it through meditation and Part 2, I talk about my experience on Miss Kenya Plus World pageant and how it has made me into an even more confident person.

I had to get this out of my chest. People are out here being intimidated by confidence and positivity just because it triggers their insecurities. I am over it!

We have changed our name guys and we are back! Bigger and Better.

I read an article that made me wonder, how can we end the mental health stigma around us.

I am happy to announce that I am a finalist on the Miss Kenya Plus World beauty pageant and I am so excited for that journey so so much! We need to focus so much on exercise, study and enhancing our organizational skills.

This is a debate that we should all contribute to. I generally feel that yes their is the fact that our teenagers are actively having sexual engagements amongst themselves, however do I really feel like lowering the consent age is right based on the behaviour of our teenagers. Not really! I feel like it opens up doors to predators who know that there is a leeway!

Guys, a little goes along way...let’s come together and help this home actualiza another step into helping the community.

First of all kudos to everyone out there that is dating someone who suffers from mental health. You are the best! Its all about loving someone wholesomely and creating a safe environment where it is less pressurized and absolutely and purely with no expectations. Understanding that the other person requires love and support.

So apparently this guys in campus have a crib they call the “slaughterhouse” or kichinjio in Swahili. They screw 6 girls per person!

Money is required to facilitate and fulfil economic and social needs. Life on the other hand is a collection of experiences that promote our general well being! Love and light to all of you.

We need to respect each and every human being and how they choose to live their lives. I belief in equal rights for everyone. We are all humans and none is superior to the other. Why are you disturbed by someone else’s way of life to the extent of sentencing this person to 14yrs because they chose a different path from yours?
