Vann Russell is the managing director of Arlington Capital Advisors, located in Birmingham Alabama. Vann worked at Deloitte in Birmingham, AL for 11 years before going to work at Arlington. Throughout the last several years, Arlington has led the standard for mergers and acquisitions in various industries, most recently being craft beer. Doing deals with large family owned breweries such as Sweetwater & Dogfish Head, Arlington has become the number one investment banking firm in the world in the craft beer scene. What is going on? No one knows. With the closure of Prometric testing centers until May 31, the last 48 hours have proved very strange for those of us trying to become future CPA's. Peter Olinto is one of the National Lead Instructors for Becker and has helped make thousands of certified public accountants and financial advisors throughout his 22 years of instructing. Peter's consistent cheerfulness and jokes have been one of the driving forces behind many people passing their exams, and that personality definitely transfers over to the podcast.
