This week Sarah whips up Banana Coconut & Raspberry Bread (recipe courtesy donnahay.com.au) INGREDIENTS 1 PACKET DONNA HAY WHOLESOME BANANA BREAD CAKE MIX 1½ CUPS MASHED RIPE BANANAS (ABOUT 4 BANANAS) ⅔ CUP (160ML) LIGHT-FLAVOURED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ¼ CUP (60ML) MILK 2 EGGS  1 CUP (125G) FROZEN RASPBERRIES ⅓ CUP (25G) SHREDDED COCONUT ½ CUP (60G) FRESH OR FROZEN RASPBERRIES, EXTRA METHOD1. Following the packet mix instructions. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Line a21cm x 10cm loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.2. Placed the mashed bananas, oil, milk, eggs and banana bread mix in a largebowl and mix to combine. Add the raspberries and coconut and mix tocombine. Pour mixture into prepared tin and top with extra raspberries.3. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.4. Allow to cool in

A study by the Master Builders Association of NSW and UTS's School of the Built Environment has found that flexibility, rather than strictly implementing a 5-day workweek, is key to achieving work-life balance in the NSW building and construction industry. Brian Seidler, Executive Director at Master Builders Association NSW, reveals to Clinton that, while many support a 5-day week, it presents challenges, including increased costs and potential project delays. Halloween’s biggest scare might be kids' sugar consumption, with over 70% of Australian children exceeding recommended daily sugar limits, impacting their oral health. Dentists caution that while occasional sweets are fine, frequent sugar exposure leads to decay.  Sugary drinks are also an issue, with nearly half of boys aged 2-17 drinking them weekly, consuming nearly twice as much as girls. With 33,000 annual dental-related hospital admissions for kids under 14, preventative care—such as brushing twice daily, limiting sugar to 24g per day, and regular dental checkups—is essential. Australians report the highest stress levels in APAC, with an average of 12 stress episodes per week, according to ADP's People at Work 2024 Report. Over half (57%) believe stress negatively affects their job performance. Despite growing awareness around workplace mental health, especially during World Mental Health Month 2024, many workplaces struggle to support their employees adequately, leading to productivity losses and mental health concerns. SafeWork NSW warns that rising stress impacts worker health, resulting in absenteeism and turnover. The Black Dog Institute cites work pressure, harassment, and workplace violence as top stress factors, while the WHO notes that good well-being management can boost performance by over 2.5 times. Despite being illegal for public use, private e-scooters are surging in NSW, with an estimated 459,000 in use. Trials for shared e-scooters are underway in select areas. Planned regulations would limit e-scooters to bike paths or shared zones, with a minimum rider age of 16 and a helmet requirement. With major acts performing soon, NAB reports that $160,000 in payments linked to potential ticket scams were abandoned by its customers in the past three months.
