    In this episode Richard Brown, Chief Technology Officer at R3, started building a blockchain platform called Corda from scratch a year ago. The distributed ledger platform is different from other blockchain platforms in that it’s designed explicitly for and by the world’s financial institutions. R3 is a consortium of over 75 of the world’s largest financial institutions, and Richard Crook, Head of Innovation Engineering at RBS, sits on its steering committee.
