He sites that across 800 partners in the top 5 law firms in the UK only 4 are black. 3 of those 5 are not British born. Of the top 4 consultancies, EY, Deloitte, PWC and KPMG of 1500, only 27 are black. He says this is not about ticking a box, UK corporations have promised opportunity that for those that get on, work hard, they can do well but many have not followed through on their promise and are failing a lot of black and ethnic minorities.
