But his brother showed him around the weight room and the rest, they say, is history. Today, Jim is a graduate of Youngstown University in Ohio, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Nutrition. He is a world-renowned health professional, Registered Dietitian and spokesman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and is certified as an Exercise Physiologist and spokesman for the American College of Sports Medicine. Over the last decade He has spoke to 1000's, created media messages to reach millions, and helped transform the lives of countless individuals. He has a passion for fitness (competing in physique competitions and running marathons). He wants to extend this passion to more people and give sound advice to help get them in the best shape of their life. WHO IS JESS HORTON?Jess Horton is a runner.
