In the real estate section, I tend to help people when they acquire property all the way through the time they require it through the development and the sale of the property because most of my clients will initially contract and then try and get the property entitled which involves the zoning and the permitting process that they have to go through. I started at the firm in 1996 as a summer associate. I came back full-time in 1997 and I've been here ever since. I can't imagine working anywhere else. In my practice, I cover will preparation, estate and gift tax planning, estate administration, probate litigation and guardianships and conservatorships for incapacitated adults and children. A trust and estates practice is unique, because with the exception of a state litigation, there's usually not an adverse party.
