  • How to Successfully Use Direct Mail In Your REI Business

    21/02/2017 Duração: 16min

I love using direct mail in my real estate business. It has always been my #1 source of leads.  I started in this business almost 20 years ago, and a lot of things have changed. One thing that has never changed is this: Direct mail marketing is the only way to reach folks with off market deals. If you learn how to do it properly it's a great marketing strategy.  If you don't, it will be like tossing money down a big rabbit hole. My advice is to learn how to do it right, create a plan and then implement that plan.   There are just 3 steps. Be sure to check out other articles on my blog, the Louisville Gals Real Estate Blog on this topic.   Want More? Here is one to get you started. Direct Mail; Is More Always Better?   Quick Start Marketing Plan Want to schedule a one hour coaching call to get your very own "Quick Start Marketing Plan"?  You can learn more here: Get My Quick Start Marketing Plan.

  • How to Raise Private Money with Bill Walston

    22/11/2016 Duração: 39min

If you stay in this business long enough, there will come a time when you can no longer borrow money from banks.  You will reach your limit whether it is in the number of loans, or the amount of those loans.  Many investors will use hard money loans at this stage.  But, it's really expensive.  It's convenient and pretty easy to get, but the costs are extremely high. Not only are the interest rates higher, but there will be fees and points you will have to pay.   What's the Answer? A much better alternative is to learn how to raise private money for your deals, and that's what this podcast is about.   Learn how to attract private money "partners", where to find them, and how to approach them when you need funding for your deals. Be sure to stop by the blog too. Louisville Gals Real Estate Blog.
