Goldie talks about how difficult it is to achieve this and that she wouldn't wish daily videos on her worst enemy. But the quote that stuck with me the most during my interview was when Goldie said:"that's part of building relationships is actually caring about the other party." Whether you're creating content online in the form of blogs, podcasts, or even video. Think about and care for the other person on the receiving end. Is this content worth it? If the answer is no or even a 1% chance of a no. Delete it and start over. and make it in a way where you are in fact making it worth while for the other person. Living a dream life is well, a dream. When we think of the word success, we think of many things, but the one thing that I know for a fact we all think about is that when we say to ourselves: "When I am successful, I'm going to travel to..." To Hanna living a dream life, means living a life by her own means. And that includes travel and living a lifestyle she is happy with. It's always nice to hear someone else's dream and finding out how they are doing it. The sections of this interview that were the most powerful was when we talked about Hanna living a former life she hated and what she would do in order to never live that lifestyle again. The second part would be the various excuses we all make within ourselves. After the recording of this interview, I got to learn Jered even more so than just talking about business. What I like about his approach to business is genuine, honest, and caring. I’ve know of Ryan for years now. I’ve quietly followed his journey alongside a man that I now have the ability to call a friend and that’s Scott Gerber. I interviewed Scott a few months ago. I later stormed out the house I used to call home and found myself driving back to my home without music, without sound, just me in my own thoughts. Thoughts were going through my head, anger ensued, and it came to a boiling point where I just began to break down. I couldn’t take this pressure anymore and I had to let it out. After talking to Rich for over an hour talking our about business, life, faith, family. You really get an idea of what it takes to be a leader and why Virtua made the right decision to bring Rich on as their CEO over 20 years ago.  A few takeaways from the conversation is when we talked about how one day Rich had his head down while he was walking around the office. There wasn’t a particular reason why his head was down, but one of his employees came up to him and asked him if he was ok.  For me, that was a gut check and a realization that no matter what mood you are in, you have to perform at the highest level possible. That one misstep can lead others to feeling insecure about their job or you may pass that energy onto others within your executive team. Now, it wasn’t crazy turbulence, but crazy enough to warrant a little bit of stress. During the brief moments of turbulence, there were a few shrieks from those in the cabin. Some of the people were visibly stressed out because of it. I saw a few people holding each other’s hands and even someone that was constantly looking around at others with a stress face on. I’m sure you know what this means. However, there was one person in the entire cabin that didn’t have a care in the world what was going on and had absolutely ZERO stress. And that was a young child that was sitting about 3 rows from me. While almost every single person was stressed, parents including, the child was laughing, giggling, and talking to others within the cabin. The child was in the hands of the father and with every slight feeling of turbulence, the father clenched his arms to hold the baby tighter.
