    Hazards Persist In The West This Weekend; Tropics Are Heating Up With Laura And Marco - Record high temperatures, fire weather threats with isolated dry storms, and air quality issues from smoke continue to affect the Western U.S. this weekend.     Fire Weather Threats Continue in the West; Tropical Storm Watches up in Puerto Rico - Another Pacific front will produce gusty winds and elevated fire weather threats across the interior Northwest and portions of the Great Basin. Critical fire weather continues for portions of Wyoming. Tropical Depression 13 is forecast to become a Tropical Storm prior to passing near Puerto Rico and the USVI late Friday and Saturday.     Critical Fire Weather Threats Continue for Portions of the West; Flood Threat in the Southeast - Critical fire weather threats persist for portions of California and the northern Great Basin with isolated dry thunderstorms in the Rockies and High Plains.
